This is the place where people interested on issues related to the scope of the ENTELIS+ project might have public discussion. A community of practices is a

group of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly.

Taking advantage of information and communication technologies to support empowerment and participation of persons with disabilities in society does not mean just making ICT products available. Effective use of ICT products – whether intended for the general public or purposely designed to accommodate for functional limitations – requires digital skills and ability to master assistive technologies. Measures and educational initiatives are needed to help bridge the digital divide between those who have such skills and those who haven’t.
