This is particularly true when we consider how the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the benefits of digitalisation.
However, living in a digitalised society does not automatically mean that everyone has access to digital opportunities. In fact, far too many people continue to be excluded from the digital transformation process, and the “digital gap” is widening at an alarming rate.
Digital inclusion is a right everyone should have access to, thus the ENTELIS+ consortium has listed a series of good practices that could facilitate the uptake of technology and increase digital accessibility.
